Personality And Character:
He is... a Loner.
Akino don't show much emotion and is often cold and distrustful to stranger's. But on the other side, you can set him some easy in rage, if you speak bad about him, his family and his friends. Also he hate the Class System, special Ember's Regime and the nearly 1st Class.
To his younger silbling he is really nice, he protectet him/her, try to give him/her a nearly normal, good life and try the best, to help him/her with school... So, that he/she can maybe rise in the 2nd class one day...
To good person's he know longer, he can also be nice and little friendly... And also he maybe could do rarely some jokes.
Also he train much with his elements and to fight.
His dream is to join the Freedom Flyers one day, to show, that even a dragon out the 3rd class can be powerful.
Also because of his not so big body size and his skinny body, other dragons can think, that he is a female.


Backstory: 
He ist the son of two 3rd class dragons, how were not married. As a 'Bastard', his life was not simple. Other dragons shun him and talk about him, behind his back...
For his parents it was difficult to get enough money for food and a home, because no one, really want to work with a 'strange' Longwing. So his father could only work in the mines. And there he die after a crash.
At this time, Akino was very young, so he can not really remember, how his father look like.
After his happend, his mother got despair on the wholy situation. She must start to work much more, to get enough mones to live for her son and herself.
A other problem for her was also, that her son, don't show her element until now. She got worried, that he don't have any element... And it's much harder to survival in the 3rd class without a element.
Around this, some stranger offer to help her with her son... And promisse, that he will got a element and that the family will get some little money... The only thing was, that she must let her son enter a special... 'project'. She feel doubtful with this, but at the end, she has no other choose, to enter the 'project'.
Akino does not really talk much about at this time and what happend to him or, what they do... But, what he know for sure, is, that the 'project' he enter, helps him to awaken his two elements. And that the project was more like... experiments to got better and powerful dragon fighter. If he must say the truth, he has hate this. So he leave the project some time later and try to help his mother with her work.
While this her mother must work on 2 jobs. And at the evening she must sell her body.
So it's happend, that she got pregment one day and lay one egg. Against all, she keep it.
In the end, Akinos Half Silbling, ?, hatched out the egg and makes the situation of the little family some worse.
Since she must work so hard, her body got even weaker... So one day Akios Mother die at a bad disease.
The young Akino has no other choose, to start also to work hard... He start to go only rarely to school, try to work in the mines and for some rich dragons. Also he learn some tricks from his mother, how he can use this little looking feminine-like body and his sound power, to outwit other dragons and steal there stuff.
Like his mother he could do more with this... but this would be against his pride.
But if he is honest... Somebody allready try to do this with him... Maybe more often, has he would like. Luckie for him, he could escape nearly everytime without any problems. And this thanks, to his elements.
He train often and much with his elements and his body for fighting against other troublemaker dragons and to can save his younger brother/sister.
Also he hope, that he can so enter one day the freedom flyers.



Skills and Abilities:
He is pretty good at his elements. He train them often and try to create new attacks with them. Also they help him and his brother/sister to survival.
And Akino is also a fast flyer.

Voical
He can change his voice to imitate others to got, what he want. For example he can shoo some dragons away and can steal thiere stuff. Or he use it in other way's. Also he can change his voical so, that it sound like much dragons would speak.

Screech
He can change the power of his voice so, that its can deaf other dragons for up to a week.

Sound Ball
He can create a ball out sound. If someone came to near to it, it can explosions.

Sound Wave
He can conzentratet his voice so, that he can damage with a big breath wave his enemes. Its can hurt there inner organs. It's a strong attack from him. Also he create a new attack out this one and a other one.

Sound Quake
This attack is the result of his try to learn the Sound fury at his own. He can create a Vibration around him and bring the earth around him to quake. With a lower power attack he can see so, whats around him in the mines for example.

Wind Echo
He can change the origian, form where his voice came. So he can tricks out other dragons. For this he mix his sound element with a little manipulation from wind.

Wind Breath
He can breath a Wind with a little Tornado, how can blow enemys away. It's very strong and powerful.

Wind Speed
He can manipulation the Wind around him, while he fly and make's him more faster.

Wind Vacuuming
He can manipulation the Wind out the lung's from his enemy's. He is not very good at this, so he don't use it very much.

Tornado
He can create a little Tornado. Often they are small, but powerful. He can create them, for example, around his Frontpaws or his Tail. Also he can create a little bigger around his body for a stronger Body Slam. If he create a to 'big' Tornado he start to lose his control about it much easier. So he only train this in areas, where nobody is near to him, that he could hurt. And he can only use small ones. Not so big and strong tornado's like a Tornado Dragon.

Incomplete Wind Fury
He can summon a not so powerful and not perfect Wind Fury. He try to perfection it at the moment.

Storm Roar
He don't have use this attack since, he create this one. It's a powerful mix out his two elements. It's hurt his enemys often bad and can also kill them. It's similar to the Sound Wave, but much more powerful and bigger. He breath deep in, collect his power and summon a strong Roar. It's like a really strong wind with a loud sound in it. This dameged, if it's strike someone, there inner Organs and ofteh destroy the inner ears. Often the victim of this bleed out the mouth, the nose, the ears andsometime out the eyes. It's also possible, that the brain got injured... So it's can end sometime with the death.
But one of the maybe worsed things next to this is, that wind-blades inside the attack hurt also the outside of the body and often damage the wings and the head.
Because of this powerful attack, it's work like a fury on Akino. He got weak and lose much power... Even how long and how powerful it was, so weak he is after this. Also, at some point, his own body start to get some inner injured, if he pass a line and use this attack to much/to long or if it got to powerful.

Weaknesses:
He is little smaller as normal dragons in his age and his wings are also a little longer.
Also he don't have a very strong or much powerful body or strong scales. On the other side, makes this him much faster and more agility.
And Akino is not a friend from heavy earth attacks. They can damage him badly, like other strong attacks too...


Relationships:

Singe Silverblade
He love's his younger sister, like a good brother. He try to care on her, protect her and do all, to give her a better live, as he known.

Seva Silvermane
He know her, because she save him one day, as he was really ill and has bad injury. Since this day, he has a crash on her. He hope's that she will remember him, that she maybe like him also... But on the other side, he know, that this never will be. Why should she remmeber at him, a guy from the 3rd Class? And Why she should feel someting for him?
Sometime's this break's his heart inside his chest... And make's him more aggressiv, grumpy and cold.

Mrak Longwing
He has meet this guy sometime's... And he don't like him.

Trivia:
- His body is smaller and more skinny as them from the most other male dragons... So much dragons think, that he is a female.
- He is strong and good fighter. He hope, that he can enter one day the freedom flyers.
- His famaily and his friends mean a lot for him. He will even try to proctet them.
- He never talk about, what happend to him in the 'project'. He is one of the rarely survivars from this 'project'. Sometimes 'they' try to get him back, but he even refuse. 
- Also for some reason he loves scarfes. At the moment he has 4 of them... And he wear ar last one of them. 
- The golden rings on his horn is a gift from his mother. It's a family heirloom. No matter, what others thinks.

And yessss, dragon style experiement x'D I enjoy this!
I hope the Idea with the 'project' is okay... Because I think it's could work, that 'Warfang' try with some experiements to create some more powerful dragons, who can fight against the drakers and the darkmasters... Of course they use some really poor dragons from the 3rd class, who can die without any problems... How can not work against the. They would work in the inoffical 'darkside from the glory warfang'... Please ask me for more information, if this idea could be really :3
Also I want to say, that I'm doing maybe one day a own comic for this guy... We will see, that than happend^^
